Internet trouble
I've spent over 4 hours on the 'phone this week trying to sort out a faulty internet connection and given that all technical fault calls are routed to India, does this picture explain why they are unable to sort out my problem?
I'm in Brighton, in the south of England. It's a pretty laid-back place to live (recently upgraded to city status don't you know!) with a really diverse population. Only trouble is that it's a holiday resort, and when you live here you tend to avoid the beach/seafront at really busy times! I love it off-season when it's much quieter and in the winter when it's wild with the sea crashing on the pebbles. Lovely.

Well, this number change was ordered on the 9th April. We STILL don't have a connection at work. Aaaarrrrggghhh.
